Bread Recipe
Here is a simple wholemeal bread recipe that tastes great.

3 cups flour
1 pinch of salt
4 cups warm water
3 cups wholemeal flour
1 tsp yeast dry
1/2 cup sugar

Mix all dry ingredients and add water.   Leave for 30 mins to rise covered with cloth, punching down after the 30 mins.   Punch down risen dough and turn onto floured board.  Divide into 4 pieces and shape into loaves.  Place into greases pan and leave covered until double in size (1 hour).  Preheat oven to 200ºC and bake for 30-35 mins or until baked.
